1. Padang Bai
This tiny pearls shaped bay is a sheltered haven for sailing boats and the odd cruise-ship anchors off-shore
occasionally. A 1.5 hour trip takes you from your hotel through a vivid cross section of Balinese terran and
life to the waiting trimaran. The coral reef offshore here has some of the finest bombola and mousquiteer
varieties. Lunch is provided and usually two dives per day can be accomplished.
2. Tulaben Wreck Dive
The black sand beach at Tulamben, northeast Bali, is reached after 3 hours drive around the base if the 3,142
meter volcano, Agung. Only 200 yards from the beach is the wreck of the "liberty", an American steamship
torpedoed off the island of Lombok the Japanese in 1942. Dutch and American destroyers tried unsuccessfully
to beach the doomed ship. Ranging from depth of 10 to 40 meters , the clear water photography. Near by is
spectacular " bottomless": 800 meters drop-off with giant-bombola sponges and the occasional harmless reef
shark.
3. Menjangan Island
On the northwest coast of Bali, a 3.5 hours drive up through the mountain and lakes and down the other side,
is a bay known as Teluk Terima. From here a boat will ferry you across to Menjangan island, a nature reserve
sponsored by the international World Wild Life Fund. Hunting, fishing and taking coral are forbidden, and this
deserted tropical island has a splendid selection of coral and native life.
4. Kambing Island
Offshore at Padang Bai, about ten miles off the coast of northeast Bali, there is a dense coral reef which
forms an island like structure stretching for moles. From a depth of 35 fee at the north and to 75 feet at the
south, the most attractive spot is at Gili Toapekong, a series of coral heads forming a natural coral garden at
the top off . Visibility is from 40 to 60 meters, and a strong current makes drift-diving along the wall a thrilling
experience for competent divers. School of large imprator angelfish and the occasional shark cruise
undisturbed.
5. Nusa Dua
Only a brief swim from the golden sands of Nusa Dua can be found exquisite star and brain corals, and
yellow sponges. Drop in right over the reef from your outrigger canoe, and roam the playground, usually
visible up to 30 meters.

A team of professional, fully qualified diving guides will be at your disposal. Air tanks are filled efficiently
and safety using the latest equipment. Air-tanks, masks, fins, regulators and weight belts are available for hire.
Wet suits are recommended for protection from the stinging fire corals found at some locations. Experienced
